Our Goals

Through our educational programs, we hope to develop well-rounded children in a peaceful, specially prepared learning environment. Children at our elementary school and preschool are engaged through research and a hands-on learning environment. By using a learning-by-doing approach, children do not wait to be taught. They are involved directly with their own education. Our goal is to help children develop and build their:

Spirit | Imagination | Creativity | Intellect | Problem-Solving Ability | Self-Confidence

Individual Learning

At our Montessori school, we believe that each child develops according to their ability and will instruct your child on an individual basis. Rather than accelerating children based on their age or the progress or other children in the classroom, the Montessori method introduces concepts on an individualized basis and advances children based on their own abilities through extracurricular activities. Our preschool and elementary school classrooms bring together multi-age groups where children have the opportunity to develop leadership and learning abilities. These skills will serve them for a lifetime.

Program Principles

Our Montessori school program is in accordance with the principles established by Dr. Maria Montessori (1870–1952). Dr. Montessori was the first female doctor of medicine in Italy's history and believed that "No person is educated by another. Rather, he/she must do it by him/herself, or it may never be accomplished." Deeply concerned with the evolution of human character, she believed that education is best perceived as the development of human values in the individual.
